Video Call Terms and Conditions

Introduction These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of video call services provided by Batsand (“Company”) to you, the customer (“Customer”). By accessing the Company’s video call service, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms The Customer’s participation in a video call signifies acceptance of this Agreement. If the Customer does not agree to the terms, they should not join the video call.

2. Video Call Services The Company provides video call services for the purpose of conducting business, support, and service-related discussions. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at its sole discretion.

3. User Conduct The Customer agrees to conduct themselves in a professional and lawful manner during the video call. Any form of harassment, offensive behavior, or unauthorized use of the service will result in immediate termination of the call and possible legal action.

4. Recording Consent The Customer expressly consents to the recording of the video call by the Company. The recordings will be used for quality control, training, compliance, or any other lawful purpose. The Customer waives any right to inspect or approve the recordings.

5. Intellectual Property All materials displayed during the video call, including but not limited to documents, presentations, and images, are the property of the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Confidentiality The Customer agrees to keep all information obtained during the video call confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without the express written consent of the Company.

7. Data Protection The Company will handle all personal data obtained during the video call in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Technical Requirements and Support The Customer is responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate technology to access the video call service. The Company is not responsible for any technical issues on the Customer’s end.

9. Limitation of Liability The Company will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the video call service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

10. Indemnification The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Customer’s use of the video call service.

11. Termination The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and the Customer’s access to the video call service at any time without notice.

12. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms The Company reserves the right to change these terms at any time. The Customer’s continued use of the video call service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

By joining the video call, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
